Hi, I am male, 35, I have always had an upset stomach for as long as I can remember, recently I started noticing foul smelling Flatulence, it smells like rotten eggs, I was on naproxen twice daily (For back inflammation), but recently quit, also quit coffee, i'm on a healthy diet, a lot of vegetables, Doesn't seem to matter if I reduce my vegetable intake, Foul smell still occurs. My gas frequency is normal, around 10-12 times daily. Usually the foul smell occurs after eating dinner, right before going to the bathroom. Around 3 out daily gas has bad smell. My stool is mostly runny, but not watery, i'm also lactose. I wanted to check if this is normal. Thank you.
