What should I do I have pain in my left knee due to running from last 10 to 15 days I am taking lysoflam as prescribed by doctor.

Hello Mr. lybrate-user. If you are a regular runner then you must do warm up before running and cool down after running. Regular stretching and strengthening of leg muscles should be done so that you will not face any kind joint pain problem and soreness. Coming to your current complaint of knee pain if there is any history of twisting or injury and if swelling is present it might be suggestive of soft tissue injury. Give icing to the joint, for isometrics for quadriceps. Better visit a Physiotherapist.
