I have to much stomach pain from past 7 days and I also have constipation and gastric problem. What can I take?

Dear Lybrateuser, -To avoid constipation have more of fibre rich foods such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains instead of refined ones, legumes, pulses, peas sprouts, nuts - avoid fried, spicy & junk foods - have plenty of oral fluids including 8-10 glasses of water per day for proper hydration and digestion - mix a tablespoon of isabgol powder in a warm glass of water and have it one hour before bedtime at night - take tablet Pan 40, 1 tablet daily half an hour before breakfast - do regular exercise like walking & yoga for proper digestion.
