I have been taken treatment from psychiatrist bt did not get any result from them. Problem is that: BHOKH NAHI LAGTI HAI, SARA DIN SOCHTA REHTA HU, JAB FOCUS KARU KI KYA SOCH RAHA HU TAB PRESENT ME AATA HU, KAHI JANE KA MANN NAHI HOTA, KISI SE BAAT KARNE KA, RAAT BHAR NIND NAHI AATI, BILKUL SADNESS DIKHTI HAI MUH PAR, YE ME JANTU HU KI KIS WAJAH SE YE PROBLEM HYI HE, PAR ISSE BAHAR NIKALNA CHAHTA HU. please PLZ SIR HELP ME.

Apne vicharon mein khoye rahane ke bajaye, is moment mein rehana shuru karen. Roz 30 mins exercise karen, chahe cycling ho ya running ho ya phir yoga. Bhook lagi ho chahe nahin, khana zaroor khayen aur ek fixed time pe khayen. Life mein ek discipline and routine follow karen.
