Hi doctor, I had unprotected anal sex 24 days ago with unknown person, I started tenvir em cipla 1 tablet per day after 24 hours of exposure, now recently I gone laboratory for HIV test (23 days after exposure) and it is negative, now please tell me about risk factor and about continuity tablet? And some weight loss occurs, is weight loss is due to side effect of tenvir em?

Continue medicine for 28 days weight loss may be due to anxiety or depression your test is conclusive or not that depend on which type of hiv test you have done.
