I fell in stadium while workout on my back and there is sever pain afterwards in my tail bone what should I do.

When did the injury happen lybrate-user? U you try icing on your tail bone, fill a small tub or basin with ice water n sit for 10-12 mins, repeat for few days. There might be some impact injury due to fall. Later on you can try contrast bath, fill same tub with warm water with little salt, followed by icing.
