Hello, Taking any kind of supplement/ pills/ medication is not advised. Follow a healthy and balanced diet. Taking supplements is not advisable un till you are into vigorous activity or heavy weight lifting. Take natural proteins post workout like paneer, sprouts, curd/buttermilk, eggs.
