My wife is suffering from schizophrenia and she is having risperidone 1 mg and skizoril 25 mg once a day. Treatment is going on since 2004 now she losing control over stool passing. What will you suggest. Please also suggest me that can I replace skizoril 25 mg by depsonil 25 mg.

It is better to take surgeon opinion regarding stool incontinence. Regarding schizophrenia, she is maintaining relatively stable with low doses of risperidone 1 mg and skizoril 25 mg. Depsonil and skizoril are not same and depsonil is not a drug for schizophrenia. So do not replace.
