Since 1 year I was taking olanex 5 mg and from 2 months olanex 2.5 taking yea dawai mujh se nhi khayi toh neendh nhi ahtii depression hora please help me.
Life without medicine is a dream for patients taking medicine for sleep. But it is possible to left the medicine with balanced diet. First ready to take plenty of fruits, coconut and exercise. Daily take two glass of normal water with lemon and no coffee or tea. The best method is to be physically active while leaving the medicine. Not a very difficult task but it will take 20 days to left the medicine completely. I guarantee nobody else other then me help you to leave in a very comfortable way. I have done lots of research for this.

No need of medicine. Only self determination and self control but take diet plan for reducing dependence. Slowly slowly reduce the consumption. E. G. If one person is daily consume 400 ml. Then first time reduce 100 ml and for three days take 300 ml. After that consume 250 ml for next 4 days .likewise add days and reduce consumption. Eat curd properly and plain lemon water daily. One Coconut water in every two days.

Dear sir/madam, I am suffering from negative thoughts ,suicidal thoughts, night dreaming etc. Please tell me what should I do to get rid of this problem? Please reply.
Don't ignore your health. Do reverse mentoring. Anxiety and negativity try to kill you. Be ready to fight back with present. More and more care for your health. Eat well sleep well. Away from type D personality people who always talk about helplessness. Say no to those who came to share their problems with you. Come in action to revert the thought and do some act of kindness.

I am feeling so low. I am fed up of everything. I am always feeling sadness I don't know why. I don't like anyone family ,parents, friends, college etc everything and everyone is so irritating. I am feeling this from last 1 year. I am feeling suicidal again and again. I am so empty from inside and too much burden in heart. I am lost.
If you went through medication for depression. It will come back. You have to meet one psychologist immediately. You need micronutrition counseling for recovery. Meet one health psychologist.

Hi Sir, Few months ago I tried weed with my friends and that night my saliva was dry. And I suddenly eat bread and got choked up and later I could’t breathe and later I got panic attack for the first time and I thought I was about to die but I thankfully survived. After 25 days I suddenly remember the moment where I could’t breathe and whole night I keep fearing that the panic attack might happen again. Any suggestions?
It was bread not weed which make your throat dry. And after the impact of weed which creates action potential in nerve cells so fast. You felt panic attack. Read one book for story therapy and I guarantee it won't come back if living a healthy lifestyle, no weed, no smoke, no fast food. Go for personality test to check what type of person you are. Book name is Why Zebra's don't get ulcers.

Hi Sir, Increased heart beat at night at around 2 am to 4 am. 100 bpm cannot sleep. Have been addicted to alcohol consumption almost 180 ml per day. Brain is constantly active at night. Get up in the middle of the night. Excessive sweating sometimes during daytime. Is it hypertension symptom.
It's ghost syndrome with alcohol addiction. Drink hot milk before sleep and start reading some motivational book. Meet some dietitian and change lifestyle. Go for some small trip with friends .Use nature therapy. Spend some time with nature.
