HI, I am having pain in the left side of my brain while going to sleep sometimes, basically most of the time And unnecessary disturbing thoughts came in mind while going sleep and it keeps on rewinding. (i once got puchned at the face while in the boxing match half month back which cause nose bleeding, not severe. Does that leads to a blood clot which is leading to stroke? Because as I studied the symptoms I thoungt I might be having a stroke) And yes I do smoke, so does it also the reason for the pain?
