Suffering from severe kind of traveling pain around both knee from last 9 months. It started in March 2018, use to have pain in knees when I get up in the mrng, at night while going to bed, was difficult to stand for long and even sleeping was difficult that time pain was only on the front side of knee not the back side. L took calcium tablets, vitamin d, pain killer nd tovit syrup for 3 months. By end May I got minor relief for 7 days nd but later it got so severe I couldn't climb stairs, couldn't stand for even 20 mins. Then I was prescribed magnesium tablet along with vitamin d, calcium nd ligament strengthening med nd quadriceps ex. I stayed on this for 20 days nd swelling on knees started nd severe pain .Xray was ok nd MRI done, only minor inflammation was observed. I took anti inflammatory medicines for more than 4 months but no improvement was observed. I took prescribed steroids also but no effect. My knees are making popping and crackling sound. Pain is shifting above and below knees.
