I am 19 years old. I feel so tired and sleepy all the time for last 5 to 6 days. I used to wake up at 6.30 AM. But now I am waking up at 5 AM every day. What should I do?

Dear Lybrateuser, - It appears that reducing the sleeping time is leading to your lethargy & sleepiness - sleep early & try to complete at least 7-8 hrs of proper restful sleep, it may take sometime to adjust to the new schedule - try to keep your sleep and wake up time fixed - also avoid caffeine (tea, coffee) after 3 o'clock in the afternoon asit can disturb sleep on night - avoid watching TV, mobile or a computer screen at least an hour before sleep time at night - have s well balanced diet with more of fruits, vegetables, whole grains instead of refined ones & protein rich foods - stay well hydrated by consuming at least 8-10 glasses of water per day - do regular exercise for proper sleep at night.
