What is your age? According to age bmi can calculate, here your weight is showing 65 kg,so according to height weight should be between 63 - 76 Kg. So your weight is ideal ,do not take tension for weight, Try changing your lifestyle even for 1 week and see results. Water is the cheapest thing but most precious thing available.
