Hi. I have check my sugar with overnight fasting and it comes as 100. Is it very hight? Also I was fit till 2 years back and now I am overweight. What I can do to loos my weight quickly?

Fasting sugar 100 is Normal. No problem. You can lose weight by reducing calories intake. Take daily two fruits and three bowls of salads before meals. Drink more water and fluids. Exercise 60 mins daily. Aim for long term changes. Going in for 'quick' weight loss always leads to disappoint. Better to aim for good health and fitness on a gradual and permanent basis.
