Hi sir, I have diagnose with gastritis (after endoscopy). I have feel pain and discomfort even after small meal, my weight also decrease because I can not eat even two chapati, I am on rice and curd from last one month, I want to eat but I can not ,I always eat in fear of stomach fullness and pain. For 24 hour I have only thinking of my health and anxiety that when can I come of it, when can I eat like others etc. I am on homeopathy medicine now. Which treatment is better for me allopathy, homeopathy or Ayurveda. Please help me.
