My mother is suffering from back pain. Due to collapse of D9 vertebral body with altered bone marrow signal intensity in D6- 7&D9-10 vertebral bodies? Osteitis & Discitis? Tubercular. Mild pre and paravertebral collection/ soft tissue component is seen at D9-10 vertebral level. Anterior epidural collection/ soft tissue component is seen at d9-10 vertebral level causing indentation of thecal sac. Degenerative spondylitis and disc changes causing indentation of thecal sac and lateral recesses at L2-3 to L5-S1 Grade 1 forward spondylolisthesis L5 over S1. Sir please suggest me. What do I do. Although she is taking some medicine of tuberculosis in RHE FD tab.& KANAMYCIN INJ.
