HI, I am thinking I am over weight so os good to go for walking everyday for 45 mins (6000) steps or is it necessary to go for gym since I am girl is it effect once I leave gym that again weight will increase or wat since irregular periods I gained my weight by taking medicine from gynecologist so suggest me please.
