However, for planning pregnancy, itis essential to maintain TSH < 2.5 mU/L. Plus through out the gestation period TSH should be preferably closer 2 mU/L. Therefore, you may have to reduce the TSH level to <2.5 mU/L. That means there is a eed for taking Levothyroxine. Thanks.
