I am facing some problem like suddenly day time my mind be absent means i forget though i know where i am. but my mind be totally absent. and sometime at night time as per my near one said that my body was be hard and my eyelid be more opened. and after few minutes i be normal in both case.

There is a possibility that you may have milder form of seizure disorder (epilepsy). consult a neurologist at the earliest and if it is ruled out then you need to be evaluated on your stress and anxiety levels and adequate measures needs to be taken to manage them

They are normally sudden and erratic, and cause blackouts and rigid tensions in the body. If you are in your teens, then there could be some childhood trauma underlying this reaction. It is a wonderful phenomenon that nature offers to seek the resolution to this problem stemming from childhood during this period. Panic attacks are related to fear: you are afraid of something real or made up that is causing you to react in this fashion. You may not be totally conscious of it though. Talk to a counselor and see if you can locate the cause. In the meantime do some vigorous physical exercises daily, and attend Yoga classes to learn some relaxation techniques. Deep breathing will help to temporarily stave off the reactions but not enough to resolve it.
