Yesterday I was playing badminton. While playing I felt my nosebleed. I ran towards washroom for cleaning. Where I saw the blood was in a high quantity, than I put my head under water for a while, blood stopped after 15 minutes. Please tell me why and what was that for. I think that was for high blood pressure. Even I am taking medicine once a day Misar 40 mg. I am 39 years old and 140 kg of weight.
