I underwent surgery for Grade 3 Comminuted Distal Femur Fracture by fixing plates. Doctor said that I lost some bone fragment and if they did not stick together I need to undergo bone graft. Also my hamstrings are not in right position and they said to slowly bend knees to check whether it will cure automatically. I am a 20 year old male. Can you suggest me my recovery time just to walk normal.
