My 75 years old mother is a T2DM since 13 years. Recently she had Nephrectomy for the infected kidney and got it removed in Nov 2017. Now her Kappa light chains serum is 70.5 and urine is 138. K/L ratio is 2.09, ESR is 20 and creatinine is 1.3. Is there any serious issue.

At 75 years age there is no need for such extensive evaluation, till the blood sugar and hba1c are within normal and serum creatinine is normal, just let her enjoy her life and you can be assured, that there is nothing serious.
