My age is 30. I was diagnosed with TB 1 year ago, I take regular medicine till 6 month & recovered completely. After that I have indigestion, diarrhea, weakness, started. Doctor take sonografy, blood & other test. In test my vitamin b12 was 128. They gave injection for 10 days & other medicine. Its 3 month after this. But the symptoms is still there ie extreme weakness, no digestion, body weight decreasing. So is it b12 deficiency only or is there chance of any other disease? Any other test is require?

Give yourself some more time to recover form the effects of heavy medication. Relax and follow good lifestyle and hygienic food practices. If it still dosent recover it could be IBS. Consult in private for treatment of the same.
