Dear Sir, Kindly visit your nearby dentist immediately.based on the level of fracture in the tooth he treats you accordingly.if the fracture is minimal...a restoration/Filling with a tooth colored material is enough. If the fracture level involves the nerves/pulp you may require a root canal treatment followed by Ceramic Crown.Hope I have clarified your doubt. Regards, Dr.Jai, Kanchipuram.Â

Hello Mr. Roshan, As described by you that you had a history of fall and broken tooth. Treatment for this has to be decided upon the level and severity of fracture. If you have an enamel/dentin fracture then composite/ceramic vaneers are the options for you and if the fracture involves pulp and other deeper tissue you may have to undergo Root Canal Treatment/Removal of the tooth. I don't intend to scare you, best judje will be your dentist, visit him ASAP. RegardsÂ

If you are in pain you need to visit a dental surgeon! Also, do you have the broken fragment? it could come in handy. If the tooth is asymptomatic (pain free) you may need only a build-up as suggested above, treatment can be as conservative as possible. Keep under observation for pain/swelling/color change and get a Root Canal if that occurs. Then Veneer/Composite is a good option.Â

Hello Roshan,I am sure by now with the answers given you have had an idea of what to do? Still to add to the above given answers, from what seems from your query, the tooth is asymptomatic, but the treatment solution for this broken front tooth basically depends on the level of involvement of the tooth and you should visit your dentist to get the clinical and radiographic examination for the same and thus get a concrete treatment plan for your problem in hand.Â

1. go to dentist and ask him to examine your tooth. 2. he will take an xray 3. if the tooth is broken and the pulp is involved you will be treated with a treatment called Root canal therapy. 4. After that you will be asked to go for capping of the tooth. 5. its always good to have a ap after rct. otherwise you will face troubles in future like - black tooth, gum swelling, fracture of the total tooth. note:- i have seen certain patients developing a cyst after rct .....Â

Hi, kindly get your Xray done. If it's involving pulp (underlying vital tissue), then root canal treatment followed by crown otherwise can be restore by good composite material within 1 hr.Â

First of all go and get your teeth checked, if the fracture of your teeth doesn't involve pulp then you may go for composite build up of teeth, that will be a ideal non invasive treatment. if the pulp is involved then go for RCTÂ

Good morning - the fall and subsequent fracture seems old now. The first golden hour after fracture is very important for good results. The tooth should have been seen within the first hour post trauma. Now an x Ray needs to be taken after clinical check up and co related to plan for the short term, mid term and long term. Many treatment options are feasible. If age is less than 10 or 11 years, the development of root status plays a crucial role in treatment plan. Filling and restoration with tooth coloured composites, specification, root canal with core build up, crowns and componeers are possible treatment options.Â
