Yes,you should take an expert advise from a dental surgeon as it requires RCT and a Cap covering on your remaining teeth.

One of my wisdom tooth is not coming out completely its like coming sideways and is having a very large gap in between which has a strange odour.

Sahil the bad odour is due to the food lodgement in the space. You can keep the are clean by using a interdental brush. But if the problem still persist then get your wisdom teeth extracted because this will lead to decay of your adjacent teeth.

Hello lybrate-user. We cannot help you online. For that you will need to go to an ent specialist where with proper instruments will be able to remove the thing.

Hello sir, I am getting bad smell from mouth and nose. Can you tell me any suggestion for it sir.
Kindly get scaling done and use mouth wash twice daily for 15 days. Brush your teeth twice daily using correct brushing technique to maintain your oral hygiene. Also notice that you are not constipated most of the times as this is also one of the reasons for bad breath. As far as bad smell from your nose is concerned kindly visit an ent specialist for the same.

I brush daily two times but my tooth still lite yellow how to solve and also I have cavity how to solve.

Naturally our teeth colour ranges from pearly white to pale yellow so everyone cannot hv white teeth. Get scalling n polishing done by dentist. If you r not happy with your teeth shade later, you can get bleaching done by dentist which'll lighten your teeth by 2-3 shades. Alternatively you can use a teeth whitening toothpaste such as snowdent after scalling. Whitening gels used daily along with customized dental trays provided by dentist r also available in the market. Avoid heavily coloured foods, tea n coffee, cool drinks, smoking n tobacco products as they stain teeth. Get your cavities filled by dentist as there r no home remedies to cure it.

While preparing for RCT; ask a dentist if antibiotic medicines can be consumed or not, to reduce the infection and swelling
