It might be difficult to gain weight for some as much it is difficult to shed weight for others. So it is always advisable to aim for fitness instead of focusing on weight. Eat home made food and stay clear of all processed food. Eat dry fruits, home made snacks, rice and pulses etc with little ghee. Start with a good exercise regime to gain muscle mass. Be consistent and regular with your lifestyle pattern and you will see slow but good results.
