I am 34 year old and unmarried I hv sexual problem from last 18 years .my seamen goes out toilet time and with urine. My penis not erect .i m too weak. With this problem I am facing another problems like mental stress .i take too much medicines but not effective. I do not want to do any work I left from my job please help.
