Hello, start stomach exercise and cardio exercise. Take in morning warm water with lemon drops for detoxification. After that 4-5 almonds in empty stomach. Take 5-6 small meals in a day. Include high protein food and fiber rich food items. Pulses, skimmed milk to be include in diet. If you are non vegetarian you can take egg white and chicken (Boiled ,steamed, grilled). Take 4-5 ltr water in a day.
