Hi I just want to lose my weight as it's very much now and I am a heavy smoker as well as occasional drinker. Please help.

Take 3 cup green tea daily (jasmine flavour). Have diet rich in fruits vegetable salads & multigrain aata roti avoid rice, deserts, and fried stuffed. Drink 2-3 liters water in a day. Go for 45 minute brisk walk daily Try to avoid smoking by reducing the number of cigarette per day.

Take frequently meal, start cardio exercise for increase lungs capacity and heart healthy. Avoid outing and fast food and fried food. Also you have to reduce smoking and drinks. Increase BMR level by the help of taking frequently meal. Take green 2-3 cup in a day.
