Hi, I have severe pain in knees and suffering from arthritis for near about 8 years, at present I am 50 years old. I do very little exercise, by profession a teacher, consulted many doctors, now I take tendofirm tablets, and A-Z multivitamin tablets, weight is 57 kg height 4 ft 11 inch approximately, no sugar, blood pressure normal. How can I reduce my weight by taking any medicine and how can I get rid of constant pain in knees?
