Sir/mam, I've been going to gym for the last 2 months. But so far I haven't seen any noticeable change in my body (other than improved physical and mental health). What diet (fruits and vegetables included) do you suggest?

Do weight training, stretches, and floor work, and specially suryanamaskar with high protein diet. Only doing cardio, don't gives you the result. Follow a dietitian.
