I have checked sugar 1st time the reports details are Fasting blood sugar 82 mg/dl Corresponding urine sugar nil Post prandial blood sugar 247 mg/dl Corresponding urine sugar 2.0 percent I have not taken any medicine for diabetes. I am very confused which medicine is better English ayurveda or homeopathy? At present which tablet should I take.

You should try to focus on lifestyle changes and check the sugar levels again (including HbA1c ). Kindly read about Diabetes and it's nature, and know how it can be taken care of with healthy lifestyle and medicines if necessary. Learn Yoga and pranayam and do it everyday. You can also talk to your doctor and go for a regular medical check up and discuss about the treatment plan.
