My Mother is Cardiac patient. Gone thru angioplasty 6 months back. Everything is fine since then. Today all of sudden her BP shoots to 200/ 84. Usually she takes Cilacar 20 mg (morning and night) and Cilacar 10 mg in day time. Even after night dose the BP is still 194/80. Please advise if I can give her an extra dose of Cilacar 20 or Cilacar 10.
