Hi, I am 45 years old male, moderately active and goes to gym though not very regularly, 12-15 days in month. I mostly do cardio exercises and runs for 3-5 kms with a moderate speed of 8- 10 kmph. Recently I feel pain in my both legs above the ankle joint, which stops me from running. I take good diet as well. Please advise what to do?

There are some technique you could perform try reducing the duration of your treadmill or stick to tracks for some time. Try performing ice bath or contrast bath
