Hi, I have breathlessness for last 6 month. It is mild persistent and I am not getting my triggers. My PFT normal, AEC400,ESR30, Hb10.5.no cough and wheezing present. My doctor giving me asthma treatment. Firstly he gave foracort 200 and Allegra. But I don't get any relief. Then he added montelukast and nasal spray. Even after did not get any relief. Last he added deriphyllin. I get relief. After he gave acebrophyllin and stop deriphyllin. Again I feel breathlessness. What should I do. I am mbbs student.

Your asthma is basically from allergy and need to avoid any allergen causing breathless and medication you take are the proper drugs and need not change it
