Hi doctor, I am 24 years old married women I have hypothyroidism tsh level is 6.63 now I eat 50 mcg thyronorm medicine and before 2 months I have high prolactin 101 but I am not pregnant now I decrease to 0.71.I have irregular periods past 2 months. So what are the food I need to take decrease the tsh level and prolactin level 0.71 is have any problem?

Continue your medicine thyronorm as advised. It would help. No food will help in this hormonal issue. Just avoid ghee/oily food.
