I am 34 year male with normal personality and my problem is I'm facing severe back pain and when ever I bend down to work for few minutes I can get up with pain so kindly help me out to get my back pain out.

Avoid forward bending, weight lifting and maintain your posture. Consult physiotherapist for better treatment. Use flexion regimen of exercise to get relieve in back pain. Use hot pack for 15 to 20 min twice a day.
