I am suffering from obesity my weight is 85 kg and my height is 5" 3. What should I do to reduce weight. Also my daily routine is to wakeup at 6 am and on bed on 12 to 1 am. And whole day from 10 to 8 pm I have sitting work. What should I do to reduce weight and in Jan I am getting married so I want to loos before that.
