I am not able to sleep at night and fell deep sleep after 4 am. I feel drowsy and have memory issues recently. I am also not able to concentrate.

Dear, lack of sleep is mainly due to internal physiological problems, anxiety or stress. I suggest you psychotherapy methods if you are clear from physiological problems. Anxiety and stress can be cleared with psychotherapy methods. Take care.
