Hi, am 40 year male .My TSH was 9 before 6 months, now its 6.90. I have started taking homeopathy medicine and not taken any hormones. I also lost 6 kgs and now my wt is 80 kgs. Please let me know if I should continue this same treatment. Also suggest me how to reduce further 5-6 kgs.

Keep continuing your medicines. You are in good hands. Don't be in rush to reduce weight. Need to focus on normalising the TSH for long term benefits. One your hormone start functioning normal, your weight will also stabilise.

As your TSH level will reduce, your weight (if due to hypothyroidism) will also reduce. U maintain active life style Avoid fast foods, spicy n fried foods Take a lot of green vegetables n fruit. It contains a lot of fiber which will help reduce tendency for constipation Drink lot of water. All the best.
