I am 22 years old guy and in between 2017 and 2018 my weight decreased drastically. I'm 51 kgs. Right now and height is 5.9" what should I do to gain weight quickly?

Hello, weight loss happens due to several reasons. High sugar levels can make a person loose weight suddenly. Please get it tested. If all reports are correct, then, To gain weight, Eat more calories than your body burns. Eat More Meals. Small meals are easier to eat than big ones. Eat Caloric Dense Foods, like nuts, dry fruits, dairy etc Eat More Protein, Go Liquid, Lift Heavy weights And Be Consistent.
