I have CKD. I have problem due to hypertension. Is this irreversible. How to deal with this?

Hi lybrate-user tiwari. Usually CKD is irreversible in later stages. You have not mentioned your CKD stage unfortunately. The best way to deal with your problem is to have a restricted amount of water (upto 800-1000 ml per day including tea coffee and other beverages). Also you must avoid high protein diets like red meat and other forms of non veg foods too frequently since they increase the uric acid content of your body. My best advise to you would be to consult a nephrologist to ascertain the exact status of your disease and to consult a good Homoeopath as homoeopathy surely can help you have a better quality of life.
