I'm 19 years old and I am facing high BP issues. The last time I checked was on 31.08.2018 and the BP was 148/97. Would be glad to get some suggestions.

Do yoga regularly and tell me what is your bp tomorrow and stop any kind of tobacco uses.
If you get high BP measurement on at least three occasions few weeks apart, then only you can be labelled as hypertensive. If this is the case, you should get full work up done to find out any secondary cause of hypertension. Get ECG and 2D Echo done to look for Concentric LVH. Young hypertensives have high likelihood of having a seconday cause of hypertension. Overall, 95% hypertension has no cause though.
