I was diagnosed with high BP 3 months back To rule out any medical issues did all tests but the reports came as normal. Presently I am not taking any bp medicines but I am having headache, weakness,nausea, constipation, tiredness, excessive sweating while doing any physical work from head and face. Kindly suggest me right approach for treatment and diagnosis.
