PCOD Polycystic ovarian disease (PCOD) is the most common endocrine abnormality of women of reproductive age. You should take low calorie diet. Papaya, Oranges,pineapple, watermelon such type of fruits add in your regular diet. Do exercise regularly. Avoid all nonvege specially boiler chicken, junk food.
