My wife is 33 weeks pregnant ,doctor took her LFT on 20/08/18 ,which showed raised level of alkaline phosphate (315) which was earlier also higher last month (265. She said that if alkaline phosphate level remains Inc.In next LFT to be conducted on 9/09/18 and phosphate level remains raised delivery will be done 15 days in prior. I want a second opinion on this. Thanks.

Alkaline Phosphatase can be increased in normal pregnancy. It is produced by the placenta. As long as her other liver parameters are normal (meaning pregnancy range), and she does not have high blood pressure, and pregnancy has otherwise been progressing normally, you do not have to worry.
