I have hiatus hernia. Due to that. I have acid reflux and always my throat is sore throat. From last 10 years I'm suffering this. Due to sore throat headache also come. I asked doctor for surgery and he done pH study. But my result was not much reflux for surgery. But still sore throat happening. Can't travel can't be comfortable and also some negative thoughts coming like some article says regular reflux leads to esophagus cancer. I don't know what to do. I lose all my confidence it effects my life a lot. please give me a solution. I'm controlling my foods and diets also I will eat early in night. But still.

Though every patient is not been recommended the surgery, the Antireflux Surgery is one of the options to treat the GERD. Presence of hiatus hernia with reflux is a strong indication for the surgery. Kindly share your earlier reports to help you with more precision.
