Mother is 66 year old diabetic. Diagnosed with 6.5 mm stone in upper ureter 6 days back. Her TLC then was 16,500 but now after 6 days of 1 g ertapenem it has come down to 10,0600. She had a mild fever today. She is presently on faropenem 200 mg twice daily and does not have pain. Kindly tell me as to how long we should wait with high water intake and uriliser + urimax or whether we should wait at all for going for an intervention.
