Hi Actually 2-3 months back my weight was approx 89-90 kg now it is 82-83 kg. After weight reduction my face becomes very slim, then any other part. Now every one pointing out me for this and even they also says that there no glow on face so please tell me what to do. And my target weight is approx 78-79 kg because there is more fat in belly area. And how can get back glow on my skin.

Have balanced diet with lots of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, milletes, and stay hydrated. Avoid refined food items (bakery, maida), fried, greesy, salty and sugary food items. Ensure there is some kind of protein in each meal like milk/milk product, soy, tofu, fish, chicken, eggs. Exercise atleast 5 days /week will give good results. Early Morning: Have a glass of warm water with 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder. Green tea: 2-3 Cups/day. Though individual consultation would be recommended to ensure weight loss in the right way.
