I am 63. An inguinal hernia has developed on the left lower abdomen. Doctor is suggesting for hernia repair after some time as it is not very big in size. I have pain and hindrance in my life style. What should I do? I do some free. Hand exercise. Should I continue? In case hernia repair takes time what are the precautions that I should take?

Its better to go for a hernia repair. With laparoscopy the surgery will be painfree and you can get back to work in a couple of days.
